January Birthdays

It is winter here. Cold, but the snow doesn't seem able to stay. The picture is Saint Agathe in Quebec, not NY. We went to play and skate on the lake there but it was so cold only Yves and I made it around, once! (-17C and windy)

Lucien had his last fencing class today.

Yves is off singing at opera, not happy with the extra Thursday class.

Camille has been rehearsing for the NYCHEA Players, a musical.

I would love to get to pottery soon.

Happy Winter Solstice

Santa is a little weary. He must be thinking of all there is to do, so soon, too soon. Last week we went to Cirque de Soliel and then visited Santa at Macy's. C ran off to a rehearsal.

Last Sunday the piano players sat at the ready for their recital.

The youngest three decided to do a little cleaning up and clearly the youngest took charge, gloves and all.

We actually have snow! A white Christmas? We're hoping. But the rain has been really raining on our parade.
